Council Forge is a multi-model AI deliberation platform that orchestrates multiple large language models (LLMs) to discuss, evaluate, and synthesize responses to your queries. The Service also provides AI agent automation, email management, calendar integration, file management, knowledge base management, meeting transcription, and related productivity features.
You must sign in using a supported authentication provider (Google or Microsoft) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
The Service is offered in multiple subscription tiers:

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not claim ownership of your conversations, documents, agent configurations, or any other user-generated content.
When you connect external services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft OneDrive) through OAuth authorization:
Each user's data is stored in a separate, isolated directory. The platform administrator cannot read your encrypted API keys or individual content. The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is the property of Jazvic Corp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content remains your property. Agent templates provided by the Service are licensed for your use within the platform.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI model output. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JAZVIC CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the liability is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jazvic Corp from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
